Dr. Guidry is a Founding Member and Medical Director of HEALTHremède Enterprises, LLC. Dr. Guidry is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Bachelor of Science – 1974, Louisiana State University School of Medicine, Shreveport, Louisiana – 1978, and completed a Pediatric Residency in 1981 at Louisiana State University, Earl K. Long Memorial Hospital, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. Guidry is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and has been board certified in Pediatrics since 1984. Dr. Guidry currently serves as the Medical Director and State Health Officer for the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals where he has served since 2000. Previously he also served as Assistant Secretary and State Health Officer for Louisiana Office of Public Health from 1996-2000, Medical Director of Lafayette, Louisiana and Region IV Office of Public Health 1990-1996, served as Director of Adolescent Services and Professor of Pediatric Medicine L.S.U. School of Medicine, 1985-1990, Earl K. Long Memorial, and has served also as Assistant Professor of Pediatric Medicine from 1990-present, LSU School of Medicine. Over his career, Dr. Guidry has not only worked in public health care settings, he has worked in private practice, multiple clinical and hospital settings, and has chaired multiple committees and campaigns for the better delivery of health care across the state of Louisiana.
As Co-founder, Partner, and Medical Director to HEALTHremède, Dr. Guidry’s leadership has been instrumental in the development and successful merger of multiple Occupational Medicine and Family Medicine Centers. Dr. Guidry’s vast array of credentials, decades of experience, and commitment to improving health outcomes, has spanned over a 40 year career. Over this time, Dr. Guidry has touched the lives of patients across our great state, both publicly and privately, and in his constant pursuit of a healthier state, Dr. Guidry continues to put the health care needs of our communities at the forefront of the state, and successful delivery of health care to his patients, as well as millions of Louisiana residents and tourists, daily.
Brad W. Frick, PA-C

Brad is a Founding Member and Managing Partner of HEALTHremède Enterprises, LLC. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, School of Medicine, and Military Health Science Academy, holding a Bachelor’s of Science degree, 2002, and a Master’s of Science degree in Family Medicine-Physician Assistant Studies, 2005. Preceding his acceptance into the Military Health Science Academy, Brad attended Pensacola Junior College 1995-1997 and Louisiana State University, from 1997-2000 while pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. Over his professional career as a PA, Brad has practiced in a variety of clinical settings, most notably in the fields of Military Medicine, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, Family Medicine, Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine.
Outside of clinical medicine, Brad has served in an array of business and leadership positions, to include CEO, Co-Founder, and Managing Partner of multiple Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care facilities spanning over the last decade. Brad’s leadership and experience have been instrumental in the successful development and founding of multiple Occupational Health and Urgent Care Centers, the successful merger with AIM Occupational of Baton Rouge in 2008, as well as the recent merger and acquisition of Concentra Medical Center of Baton Rouge, in 2013; and the rebranding of HEALTHremède Family Medicine & Occupational Medicine Centers, Baton Rouge. He has served as a critical thought leader in multiple joint ventures, business formations, regulatory compliance, real estate transactions, and health care-business and government contracts with local area physician led groups, hospitals, and local and regional businesses.
To note, Brad has also served in the United States Navy, United States Army, and the Louisiana Army National Guard where he has successfully retired after a 22 year military career. Over both his enlisted and professional military career, Brad has served in combat and garrison environments in multiple theaters across the United States and abroad to include Europe, the Middle East and Adriatic seas, and has retired at the rank of Major. Brad is board certified with the NCCPA and FMCSA/NRCME, and has been actively licensed as a practicing PA-C with the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners since 2002. Brad is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, and a long standing resident of Baton Rouge, married to his wife Lora, and a proud father of their son, Colin.

Jill joined Healthremede in 2013 upon our acquisition of Concentra Medical Center in Baton Rouge, and over the last decade Jill has been a key leader in Healthremede’s success. Jill is a life-long native of the Baton Rouge area. She has three grown sons, Trey, Peyton and Dalton and two grandchildren.
Jill has worked in the outpatient Occupational Medicine and Urgent care sector for over 30 years. She has served in a variety of clinical and administrative roles, accounting and management positions where her experience has been instrumental to our team’s success over the last decade.
Jill serves as Administrator to Healthremede Enterprises medical management company where she works alongside senior management, clinical managers, and accounting teams daily to ensure all operations are being maintained and efficiently operating.
